David Tuy Dinh, RCIC, is a licensed Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant (RCIC) and the Founder of Sky River Immigration Services Inc., an immigration consulting firm based in Nova Scotia, serving clients throughout Nova Scotia, Atlantic Canada, Canada, and internationally.

With more than 25 years of experience in international business, market development, and strategic consulting before entering the Canadian immigration profession, he combines commercial insight with in-depth knowledge of Canada's immigration system to help individuals, families, entrepreneurs, and employers achieve their immigration goals with confidence.

As a licensed RCIC regulated by the College of Immigration and Citizenship Consultants (CICC), David provides professional immigration advice in accordance with Canadian immigration law and ethical standards.
